Business Analysis

Business analysis consulting services, turning ambiguous goals into requirements, processes and specifications that delivery teams can actually build from.

Business analysis and stakeholder management

Between strategy and delivery sits a discipline that translates one into the other: business analysis.

Our analysts work directly with stakeholders to understand how the business actually operates day to day, pull out the requirements that genuinely matter, and write them down in a form developers, vendors and project teams can act on without three follow-up calls to ask what you meant.

Stakeholder & Requirements Elicitation

Requirements almost never show up fully formed.

We run structured workshops, interviews and process observation sessions with the people who use the systems every day, not just their managers, to surface the requirements, constraints and workarounds that never make it into a brief. What comes out is a requirements set that reflects how work actually happens. That's the difference between a system people adopt and one they quietly route around.

Process Mapping & Gap Analysis

We document the current state, the "as-is", and design the target "to-be" version, then map the gap between the two across people, process and technology.

This makes the scope of change explicit before anyone writes a line of code, and it often surfaces quick process fixes that pay off long before any new system goes live.

Functional Specifications & Acceptance Criteria

We write the functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria delivery teams build against. Detailed enough to kill ambiguity, but framed around outcomes rather than dictating how to implement them.

Through delivery, we sit between business stakeholders and technical teams, checking that what's being built actually solves the problem it was meant to solve.
